Welcome
Psychotherapy is a cooperative and relational process between you and me. The purpose of therapy is to identify, to focus, and to activate you own internal resources for healing, change, growth, and transformation. The goal of therapy is to cultivate acceptance, awareness, learning, closure, and growth from life's most difficult times: its challenges, its traumas, its opportunities, and its teachings.
As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide you with support through insight and cutting-edge mind-body therapeutic approaches to help you address current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity, empathy, skill, and compassion, I'll help you to resolve a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues, with special emphasis on the treatment of traumatic and/or negative emotional conditioning.
Working with an integration of complimentary methods including mindfulness, Internal Family System, exercise, auricular acupuncture detoxification, yoga therapy, and spirituality. I draw from over 20 years of experience to incorporate what is most helpful and effective for each client.
